Satelitski podaci i vizuelizacije platforme Global Forest Watch pokazuju da se u Srbiji istovremeno odvijaju gubitak \u0161umskog pokriva\u010da, obnova i sve izra\u017eeniji klimatski poreme\u0107aji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To je va\u017eno i za poljoprivredu, jer promene u \u0161umskim ekosistemima uti\u010du na vodni re\u017eim, za\u0161titu zemlji\u0161ta, lokalnu mikroklimu, biodiverzitet i ukupnu otpornost ruralnih podru\u010dja na su\u0161u, eroziju i ekstremne vremenske prilike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0160ta zapravo zna\u010di gubitak \u0161umskog pokriva\u010da<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna od najva\u017enijih metodolo\u0161kih napomena jeste da gubitak \u0161umskog pokriva\u010da ne zna\u010di automatski i trajnu deforestaciju. Prema obja\u0161njenjima Global Forest Watch platforme, ovakvi podaci mogu obuhvatiti razli\u010dite vrste poreme\u0107aja, uklju\u010duju\u0107i se\u010du, po\u017eare, olujna o\u0161te\u0107enja, bolesti, \u0161teto\u010dine i infrastrukturne zahvate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podaci o obnovi \u0161umskog pokriva\u010da, s druge strane, pokazuju gde dolazi do regeneracije, bilo prirodnim putem bilo kroz aktivnosti po\u0161umljavanja. Upravo zato je za ESG analizu presudno razlikovati privremeni poreme\u0107aj, trajnu prenamenu zemlji\u0161ta i dugoro\u010dnu obnovu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U Srbiji se ti procesi odvijaju paralelno, \u0161to ukazuje na \u0161umski sistem u stalnoj transformaciji, a ne na jednostavan trend rasta ili nestajanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Klimatski ekstremi kao novi faktor \u0161umskog i poljoprivrednog rizika<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslednjih godina Srbija je bila izlo\u017eena sna\u017enim olujnim sistemima i drugim ekstremnim vremenskim pojavama koje mogu izazvati lokalizovana, ali ozbiljna o\u0161te\u0107enja \u0161umskih povr\u0161ina. Takvi doga\u0111aji postaju va\u017ean indikator klimatskog rizika i za \u0161umarstvo i za poljoprivredu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaki vetrovi, grad i obilne padavine mogu dovesti do lomljenja stabala, o\u0161te\u0107enja kro\u0161nji, fragmentacije stani\u0161ta i dodatnog pritiska na zemlji\u0161te i vodne tokove. U agroekolo\u0161kom kontekstu, to se posredno odra\u017eava i na za\u0161titu useva, zadr\u017eavanje vlage i stabilnost pejza\u017ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za razliku od planskog gazdovanja, ovakvi poreme\u0107aji su nagli i te\u0161ko predvidivi. Za ruralne i poljoprivredne sisteme to zna\u010di ve\u0107u otpornost na klimatske \u0161okove i stabilnije ekosistemske usluge. Me\u0111u najzna\u010dajnijim za\u0161ti\u0107enim podru\u010djima u Srbiji su nacionalni parkovi Tara, Fru\u0161ka gora, Kopaonik, \u0110erdap i \u0160ar-planina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istovremeno, ovi ekosistemi funkcioni\u0161u pod kombinovanim pritiskom klimatskih promena, tr\u017ei\u0161nih zahteva, infrastrukturnog razvoja i upravlja\u010dkih izazova, \u0161to pitanje o\u010duvanja \u0161uma direktno povezuje sa korporativnom odr\u017eivo\u0161\u0107u i odgovornim lancima snabdevanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obnova \u0161uma kao signal, ali ne i automatsko re\u0161enje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Satelitski podaci ukazuju i na prisustvo regeneracije \u0161umskog pokriva\u010da, uklju\u010duju\u0107i podru\u010dja na kojima se vegetacija obnavlja prirodno ili nakon promena u kori\u0161\u0107enju zemlji\u0161ta. Takvi podaci su posebno korisni za procenu dugoro\u010dnih trendova i identifikaciju zona u kojima obnova ima potencijal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ipak, obnova ne zna\u010di i trenutni povratak pune ekolo\u0161ke funkcije. Mlade \u0161ume imaju druga\u010diju strukturu, ni\u017ei kapacitet skladi\u0161tenja ugljenika i druga\u010diji biodiverzitetski profil u pore\u0111enju sa starijim i stabilnijim sastojinama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Upravljanje \u0161umama, kontrola rizika i transparentnost podataka<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pored prirodnih i klimatskih faktora, izazovi ostaju i u upravljanju \u0161umama, naro\u010dito u udaljenim i fragmentisanim podru\u010djima gde je nadzor slo\u017eeniji. Upravo zato su digitalna sledljivost, geoprostorni podaci i proverljivi izvori informacija sve va\u017eniji i za javni sektor i za kompanije koje \u017eele da svoje ESG tvrdnje zasnuju na merljivim pokazateljima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EUDR, sledljivost i novi standardi za proizvo\u0111a\u010de i izvoznike<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) dodatno pove\u0107ava zna\u010daj pouzdanih podataka o poreklu robe i vezi izme\u0111u proizvodnje i \u0161umskog zemlji\u0161ta. Iako se obaveze primenjuju na subjekte koji robu stavljaju na tr\u017ei\u0161te EU ili je iz njega izvoze, i dobavlja\u010di iz zemalja van EU sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e \u0107e morati da obezbede proverljive podatke za svoje kupce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za izvoznike i proizvo\u0111a\u010de povezane sa lancima snabdevanja obuhva\u0107enim EUDR-om, to u praksi zna\u010di ve\u0107u va\u017enost sledljivosti, geolokacije parcela ili mesta proizvodnje, procene rizika i kori\u0161\u0107enja satelitskih i geoprostornih alata kao dela dokumentacije i provere uskla\u0111enosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zaklju\u010dak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160ume Srbije ne mogu se svesti na jednostavnu pri\u010du o rastu ili nestajanju. One su dinami\u010dan sistem u kojem se prepli\u0107u ekonomski pritisci, prirodna regeneracija, klimatski ekstremi i regulatorni zahtevi. These communities have a deep, often centuries-old connection to the forests. Their knowledge and perspectives are vital in crafting effective conservation strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The &#8220;Green Shield&#8221; initiative is not just about halting logging. It&#8217;s about finding a balance where the economic needs of the region can be met without sacrificing these irreplaceable ecosystems. Sustainable forestry practices, ecotourism, and other innovative approaches are being explored as alternatives to traditional logging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we face the escalating challenges of climate change and environmental degradation, the protection of old-growth forests is more crucial than ever.
